OUR 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. We believe 30 days gives you enough time to properly evaluate the product and see its effects on your skin — with consistent use, most customers begin to see visible results within 2–4 weeks.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (remote control, eye shield, storage bag, charging cable, and gift box).
The product must not show signs of physical damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or exposure to liquid beyond normal use.
Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) must be provided.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
Products returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Products that have been damaged through misuse, dropped, or physically broken by the customer.
Items returned without proof of purchase.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Email us at support@glimnix.com. with your order number, the reason for your return, and (if applicable) a photo of the product.
Step 2: We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorisation and the return address.
Step 3: Package the product securely in its original packaging and post it to the address provided.
Step 4: Share your return tracking number with us so we can monitor the return shipment.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to a product defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part (wrong item sent), we will cover the cost of return shipping in full and provide a prepaid returns label. If the return is due to a change of mind, we ask that you cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service to return your item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility conditions above, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take a further 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
EXCHANGES
If your product arrived damaged or faulty, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@glimnix.com. within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange the exchange. We do not currently offer size or colour exchanges as the Glimnix Pro 7 is a single-variant product.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of our policy terms.
