Blue 2x per week if you are prone to breakouts. Yellow or green 1–2x per week for tone and pigmentation. Do not use the same session for more than 30 minutes.

Yes. The Glimnix Pro 7 is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The soft silicone mask does not touch the skin surface during use. If you have a diagnosed photosensitive skin condition, active rosacea flare-up, or are taking photosensitising medication, please consult your dermatologist before use.

 We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery takes 5–8 business days from dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

Yes. Free tracked delivery is included on every order to UK addresses. There are no minimum order values and no hidden delivery charges.

We are sorry if your order arrived in less than perfect condition. Please email hello@glimnix.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
